Order Processing
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address for deliver. We are not responsible for non-delivery issues due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (minus the shipping fee), and ask you to resubmit your order.
- Once an order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for the tracking number.
Processing time
- Our orders are ready for shipping with 1-3 days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). We often produce products in small batches, so sometimes an item is crafted and packaged within 24 hours after you place your order. It doesn’t get fresher than that!
Estimated shipping times
- North America: 1-5 business days
- We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider used for your order. We are not responsible for any delays or missing packages once the package has been received by the shipping carrier.
- We do not offer local pickup at this time.
- We only ship to the United States at this time.
