Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We may offer a replacement or refund if the product is damaged or defective. Please let us know if you experience any issues with your purchase, and we will strive to make every effort to resolve the issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@palmandreef.com within 15 days of receiving the product. We may request you send the product back to use before a refund or replacement is made.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Returns (if applicable) 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
